If Office isn't installed on the device and OfficeClientEdition isn't specified, the ODT will default to the 64-bit edition, unless the device is running a 32-bit edition of Windows or has less than 4 GB RAM. This setting can make it easier to add language packs or Visio and Project without updating Office to a newer version.
